Commoner symptoms of carcinoma cervix are bleeding in between cycles ,discharge from vagina ,pain in lower abdomen & lower back region. Carcinoma Endometrium presents with postmenopausal bleeding ( bleeding occurring after stoppage of menstrual cycles).Carcinoma Ovary presents with lower abdominal pain , feeling of abdominal bloatedness ,weight loss . Carcinoma vagina can have similar presentation as that of cervical Cancer. Carcinoma vulva presents with persistent itching, ulceration , swelling in groin region . Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia are the uncommon prototypes, with symptoms of bleeding per vaginum, large uterus and raised beta hCG levels.
